In 2024 I discovered the Train, Track, Transform Methodology. It was a total “I love this” moment for me. We plan to open our boutique style fitness studio early 2026 offering an on the go variety of fitness training styles to suit your goal, time and training interests. Come and be a part of the T3 community, a place where every client will feel strong, supported, heard and welcome.
I certified in 2024 from London in T3 HIIT Training and am now offering UK certification with TRAINFITNESSUK as well as in house recruitment opportunities. The workouts transformed my mind and body in ways no other method had with minimum workout time of 30 minutes & maximum effort. It targets all aspects of training.
I wanted to create a space where people could experience this same HIIT workout structure. With only the best of the best teaching this workout: I plan to open my boutique style fitness studio early 2026 offering an on the go variety of fitness training styles to suit your goal, time and training interests. About Me – Sarah
My name is Sarah and I have written 2 books which were passion projects. I am a fully qualified TRAINFITNESS® (UK) instructor, assessor and tutor. I plan to have a fitness studio in Cantt in the near future.

TRAINFITNESS® (UK)
TRIANFITNESS® (UK) gives me the ability to teach the (TRAINFITNESS® programme) in my studio. It authorises me to be a trainer provider for courses. The small-group training programme version will allow my studio to offer small-group training on the studio floor. This shall provide our members an additional edge above and beyond other health clubs in other areas of Lahore. You shall experience workouts like no other.
We would like to focus more on in house studio training as opposed to online. The trainers will be male and female.
Who We Aim to Inspire
I wish to target working women on the go, newbies, new moms and fitness enthusiasts and inspire young people towards a healthier lifestyle.
Future Services
The facility will provide different services as it grows: a health bar and social space.
